Shipping & Returns

Orders are normally shipped by UPS within 1-2 working days from the day they are received.

Orders are not processed during weekends of holidays.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, USPS is Required for those addresses.
For HI, AK, and PR customers, Priority Mail is normally used.

Returns

We can only accept returns on unopened product. There is a 15% restock fee on all unopened returns and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product intact, to HealthForce. There is no refund for original shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping expenses and any applicable insurance.
